Report: Jobs brokers focus on easiest to help

Private sector jobs brokers delivering the Government's troubled welfare-to-work initiative for those on sickness benefit have tended to focus resources on people deemed easiest to assist and have "parked" those requiring most help to try to cut costs, says a government-commissioned report.
