HCA to take on Thurrock UDC powers

The Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation is to be incorporated into the Homes & Communities Agency and West Northamptonshire Urban Development Corporation will transfer some planning responsibilities to local authorities under plans announced by the Government today.
