Planning applications to build affordable homes

Planning applications to build 90 affordable homes in north-west England are to be submitted early next year by housing group Live Smart@Home and Ikea-owned housing designer BoKlok. The buildings, planned for Gateshead, are aimed at people earning £15,000 to £35,000 a year.
