Scottish infrastructure body slammed by MSP for temporary staff spending

The charity set up by the Scottish Government to manage billions of pounds worth of infrastructure investment has been described as a "discredited quango" and a "gravy train" by a Scottish MSP after its latest accounts showed that around a third of its income was spent on temporary staff and recruitment fees.
