Derry/Londonderry first City of Culture

The Northern Irish city of Derry/Londonderry has beaten Birmingham, Norwich and Sheffield to be named the UK's first City of Culture. It means that several high-profile events will be staged in the city in 2013. regen.net/news/1016698
