Shellhaven port plans move forward

Regeneration & Renewal, 9 May 2008

Plans for a port on a 750ha site in the London Thames Gateway cleared their final hurdle after the Government issued a harbour empowerment order. Construction of Shellhaven Port, which is near Stanford-le-Hope, south Essex, will begin later this year.
