Brum city-region's name is attacked

Greater Birmingham's lengthy name for its proposed city-region partnership will "give city-regions a bad name", according to an architect of city-regional policy.

Dermot Finch, director of think-tank the Institute for Public Policy Research's Centre for Cities, issued the warning at a briefing at the Labour conference, after Regeneration & Renewal went to press last week....
