COMMUNITY RENEWAL NEWS: Wembley shop window for community art project

Cartoons of residents of the London Borough of Brent are being painted on shop windows in Wembley as part of a community art project. Artists Simon Grennan and Christopher Sperandio have been commissioned to paint the cartoons of 15 local people for the Stadium Extra project, which runs through February. Stadium Extra is the first in a series of public art-related events organised in Wembley as part of the area's ongoing regeneration.
