Name of fund: The Regeneration Investment Fund for Wales
Source of funding: The Welsh Assembly Government and the European Regional Development Fund.
How much is it worth? £55 million: the Wag is investing £30 million - comprising property assets and £9.4 million in cash - and the ERDF is investing £25 million.

Who is eligible? The Wag says that any organisation can apply for funding, but it will only invest in projects that are part of an integrated plan for sustainable urban development as this creates a "broader, more strategic, holistic approach" to regeneration.
