Twelve design companies have been shortlisted to provide ideas for Newcastle's £400 million Scotswood regeneration.
They include de Rijke Marsh Morgan, Malcolm Fraser Architects and Niall McLaughlin Architects. The Expo Link site is made up of 60 plots in four terraces around a park. Six winning teams will develop concepts for a single house and apply them throughout the terraces. The 15-year project aims to create 2,000 homes, public spaces and parkland.
