I enjoy being proved right as much as the next egomaniac. Notwithstanding this, I am not thrilled about Hometrack's (excellent) research on the amount of extra development land needed to achieve the Government's housing targets in the wake of the credit crunch and the collapse in the flats market. Being right can still be depressing.
