Appointment at English Partnerships

National regeneration agency English Partnerships has appointed David Chilton as area director for Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cumbria. Chilton is moving from his previous role as the agency's senior regeneration manager for the Manchester city-region. He joined English Partnerships in 2002. Prior to this he was a senior development manager for urban regeneration companies in the West Midlands and South-West of England.
