The Leeds city-region development programme identifies measures that could see the city's economy grow by £67 billion and help to create around 150,000 jobs over the next ten years. The 11 partners, including the Leeds City-Region Partnership, hope to win government financial support for the programme through next year's comprehensive spending review.
