Plans to regenerate a former flax mill in Leeds city centre were unveiled last week. The £180 million Temple Works scheme by SJS Property Management aims to build on the Holbeck urban village concept developed by Leeds City Council and regional development agency Yorkshire Forward. The development will provide 18,580m2 of commercial and 3,716m2 of shop space as well as to 1,009 homes. Plans also include a community centre, doctor's surgery and nursery.
