Rotunda tower plans approved

Plans to convert Birmingham's iconic 1960s Rotunda office tower into flats have been approved by the city council. Developer Urban Splash is proposing to turn the 22-storey grade II listed building, which overlooks the recently completed Bullring development, into 234 apartments. Birmingham-based practice Glenn Howells Architects designed the scheme, which features full-height glass cladding.
