Moves: Appointment at South West of England Regional Development Agency

Stephen Peacock has been appointed director of enterprise and innovation by the South West of England Regional Development Agency. He moves from Hutchison 3G UK, where he was business development director. Peacock previously worked for BP overseas. He takes over from Caroline Bull, who has moved on to take the post of chief executive at Oxford City Council.
