Lee Pike has joined Parsons Brinckerhoff Ltd as regional associate to head the company's transportation planning team in Cardiff. Prior to joining the firm, Pike was a senior consultant at Halcrow. Joanna Hurd has also joined the Parsons Brinckerhoff team as an assistant engineer, after leaving South Gloucestershire Council's rural transport partnership.
