MOVES: Appointment at Broadway Malyan

Rachel Hamilton has joined the Manchester planning team of Broadway Malyan as a graduate planner. Hamilton is working on submission of planning applications, local plan reviews and a research project with the University of Liverpool. David Mulliner has been appointed regional director of the Southampton office of Broadway Malyan Planning. Mulliner was previously, a director of Adams Hendry Consulting in Winchester. Mulliner has also worked at Terence O'Rourke in Bournemouth.

Humber's thesis is likely to enrage further those whose minds are closed on the density question and who dislike their certainties being challenged by uncomfortable facts. It suggests that even the government is beginning to change tack on the issue.
