Hannah Marshall has been appointed as an assistant planner by Turley Associates in Birmingham. She graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc in city and regional planning. Marshall will be involved in a variety of projects, including work for Sainsbury's.

Steve Dewar and Rosemary Coyne have been appointed as sustainability advisers at Birmingham City Council to advise on the regeneration of Eastside. Dewar will look at the environmental impact of development and Coyne will focus on open space design in the area. Both have been seconded from environmental charity Groundwork Birmingham.

PMP has been appointed by Bristol City Council and the South West of England Regional Development Agency to provide financial advice and consultancy services for the development of a multi-purpose indoor arena in the city. A site has already been identified next to Temple Meads railway station. The scheme includes a mixed-use development next to the arena.
