Developers reach agreement with city council over "Channel" development

The developers behind Bradford's controversial high rise "Channel" development have reached agreement with the city council, the city's urban regeneration company and design consultants Urbed over the design of the project. The maximum height of proposed towers on the site will be 24 storeys following the appointment of consultancy Urbed to review the plans.
