Zero C chosen to build eco-homes in Dorset

Developer Zero C has been chosen to build 55 eco-homes at Osprey Quay in Portland, Dorset. The firm was appointed by the South-West Regional Development Authority to build a new "green" community on the 1.9ha former Ministry of Defence site. The regional development agency said that a third of the homes would be affordable and that the scheme would generate at least half of its energy from renewable sources.
