An initiative that helps Scottish adults with the cost of learning is to be expanded, the Scottish Government announced last week. Scotland's Individual Learning Accounts, which currently offer over-18s grants of up to £200 towards the cost of learning, will be opened up to 16- and 17-year-olds as part of a revamp.
