Hull Council cabinet vote

Hull City Council cabinet voted to make arrangements to create a city development company this week. Property and land assets could be transferred to Hull Forward, although the company will probably operate as an asset-backed vehicle with its partners funding the purchase of assets. It will have a staff of eight, cost around £2.6 million to establish and is expected to lever in £500 million of private sector investment over the next 15 years.
