Waterfront homes win planning consent

A mixed-use scheme providing 130 waterfront homes in Southampton has received detailed planning consent. The site will also offer a public square at the waterfront edge, a courtyard and office space. Work on the Ocean Village project, designed by John Thompson and Partners, is expected to start in October.
