St Modwen awarded contract

Developer St Modwen has been awarded a contract to regenerate two town centre sites in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Under the contract, awarded by Arun District Council, St Modwen will be asked to build the Regis Centre and Hothamton schemes, which include 18,500sq metres of leisure and retail space, 2,800sq metres of office space and 300 homes.
Liverpool Vision appoints consortium to develop plans

Urban regeneration company Liverpool Vision has appointed a consortium to develop plans for a trust to manage premises for creative companies in Liverpool's Baltic Triangle area. The consortium, led by consultancy the Creative Industries Development Agency, will examine the feasibility of the proposed trust which would assist the area's emerging group of creative firms.
Consultancy Scott Wilson appointed to design road system

Consultancy Scott Wilson has been appointed to design the road system and development plots for a major business park planned for the Thames Gateway growth area. The appointment was made by container port operator DP World, which is developing the 607ha London Gateway site. Scott Wilson will also be responsible for reviewing the site's flood risk and water drainage.
North-West Regional Development Agency awards contract

The North-West Regional Development Agency has awarded a contract to business support service Enworks to help the region's firms achieve efficiency savings. Enworks will work with businesses to save money by increasing their efficiency in their use of energy, fuel, water and materials.
