Broadhall Wharfedale in Swansea

Broadhall Wharfedale, a joint venture between developers Broadhall, and London and Wharfedale, has signed a £6.4 million deal with construction contractor Stradform to build a 3,700sq-metre office scheme in the SA1 Swansea Waterfront development. The project is part-funded by the Welsh European Funding Office and the Welsh Assembly Government.

Birse Civils appointed in Scarborough

Civil engineering firm Birse Civils has been appointed as the main contractor for a 40ha business park on the southern approach to Scarborough. Birse Civils will work in partnership with developers Caddick Developments, Scarborough Borough Council and regional development agency Yorkshire Forward to take forward the project in Eastfield.
