Paul Miner, 30, is a planning campaigner for the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE). He is responsible for carrying out research, writing reports, devising campaigns, and advising CPRE branches and district groups on planning issues. Most recently, he worked with road safety charity the RAC Foundation to produce joint guidelines on the use of road signs in the countryside.
