I might consider it once the skank-smoking scum stop killing decent people like Steven Nyembo-Ya-Muteba, but not before. He was killed a mile from where I live, in the Holly Street regeneration area where notorious 1960s high-rise flats were replaced with a mixed-tenure, mixed-use, mixed community - and behaviour got worse. Go figure.
