Appointment at East of England Development Agency

Celia Cameron, Sheila Childerhouse and Paul Burall have been appointed to the East of England Development Agency's board. George Kieffer has been appointed as the agency's deputy chairman.

Appointment at Halcrow Group

Ashley Stratford has joined the Halcrow Group as a senior planning consultant in the firm's Manchester office. He previously worked at Stoke-on-Trent City Council and brings nearly 15 years of experience in masterplanning and regeneration. Paul Carr, recently graduated from the University of Manchester, has also joined the Halcrow team as a planning consultant.

Appointment at CB Richard Ellis

Pippa Aitken has joined CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as senior director in the firm's London office. She moves after 17 years as planning partner at Jones Lang LaSalle. Ian Anderson has joined CBRE as director. He was previously a planning partner at Donaldsons. David Morris has also joined as senior director, having previously worked for Bryant Strategic Projects.

Appointment at Smith Stuart Reynolds

Simon Smith has been appointed as managing director by Smith Stuart Reynolds (SSR) in Northampton. He previously worked for Carter Jonas. Paul Smith has been promoted to principal planner at SSR and Richard Bailey has joined as an assistant planner.

Appointment at Falkland Islands Government

Dominique Giudicelli is moving to the Falkland Islands Government to take up the post of environmental planning officer on a two-year contract. She takes over from Tony Lancaster, who has returned to the UK. Giudicelli previously held local government posts in Lewes, Brighton, Colchester and Waverley.

Adrian Farr has been promoted to managing director by Redrow Homes in Halesowen. He has more than 25 years of experience in building, mainly in the Midlands. Farr joined Redrow in 2002 as commercial director, after working for other house builders including David Wilson and McLean Homes.
