Ivan Le Gallais has retired from his post as head of planning services at Epping Forest District Council, where he has spent nearly 30 years. He is going to undertake consultancy roles. John de Wilton Preston will replace Le Gallais at Epping Forest. He has held various positions with the council since joining in 1989.
