Hainsworth previously worked for Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners. Emma Hawkes has joined Barton Willmore in Kent as a senior planner. She previously worked for South Bucks District Council as a senior planner in development control.

Guy Bransby and Rajpal Chaudhary have been appointed as senior consultants by Jones Lang LaSalle. Bransby joins from GVA Grimley's strategic property consultancy, while Chaudhary joins the company following a sabbatical at the University of Manchester. He has worked as a consultant for Jones Lang LaSalle overseas in India and Singapore.
