Wildlife charity Buglife is to fight on in its campaign to block a distribution hub at an environmentally sensitive site in West Thurrock, Essex. The charity claimed that a nationally important population of more than 900 invertebrate species will be lost if the project goes ahead. It lost its High Court challenge on the scheme in February but has been granted permission to take the case to the Court of Appeal.
