Obituary - Nigel Williams

Northern Ireland children's commissioner Nigel Williams has died after a two-year battle with cancer. During his time as commissioner, Williams took legal action to ensure that a consultation on anti-social behaviour orders in Northern Ireland took into consideration the views of children and young people.
Unfair credit agreements

Consumers will be able to challenge unfair credit agreements in court and take complaints about lenders to the Financial Ombudsman Service under an act that received Royal Assent last week. The Consumer Credit Act is the biggest overhaul of consumer credit legislation since 1974.
