The north-east quarter of Belfast city centre has been selected as the site for a retail-led regeneration scheme. Social development minister David Hanson announced this week that William Ewart Properties had been picked as the preferred developer for the scheme.

Assumptions that mixed-tenure housing developments decrease property prices are incorrect, according to research published this week.
