Charter Community Housing placed under "supervision"

Oxfordshire housing association Charter Community Housing has been placed under "supervision" by social housing regulator the Housing Corporation because of concerns about its governance. The corporation has made three appointments to the group's board to provide "skills and expertise" to help address concerns.
