Alun Burge, project manager of Welsh Assembly Government initiative Communities@One, says computers are often unused because community groups haven't been shown how to use them. The project will train 11 community brokers to try to boost computing skills and access in deprived neighbourhoods. "Where equipment is available, we will work with local groups to ensure there is proper take-up of these facilities," he says.
