Scott Wilson completes acquisition of Cameron Taylor Group and DGP

Scott Wilson has completed its acquisition of civil engineering firms Cameron Taylor Group and DGP International for £30.2 million. Cameron Taylor enhances Scott Wilson's presence in the property sector. DGP brings skills in the nuclear, petrochemical and pharmaceuticals sectors and strengthens the group's market presence in the North West and in the water and waste management sectors. This takes the number of acquisitions completed since Scott Wilson floated earlier this year to five. The company expects to announce its interim results on 16 January.

Toynbee Housing Group has bought the site and aims for 35 per cent of the development to comprise affordable homes for local people. A children's play area will also be built. Nathaniel Lichfield and Partners was planning consultant on the project.
