Consortia helps English Partnerships homes

Three consortia have been chosen to help English Partnerships deliver key worker homes as part of its London Wide Initiative. First Base Partnership, Key London Alliance and a consortium led by Countryside Properties will now hold detailed talks on the pilot project, which aims to deliver up to 4,000 homes. Half of these will be for key workers in the capital.
