London firms are being urged to leave the "cost and inconvenience" of the capital behind and set up home in Peterborough. Adverts placed in the Evening Standard by the Positively Peterborough campaign, backed by the Greater Peterborough Investment Agency, are encouraging firms to move after London mayor Ken Livingstone's proposal to extend the congestion charge into parts of west London.
