Four housing associations have netted the largest share of the Housing Corporation's development grant funding in the North East under the quango's new partnering arrangements. The NEET Partnership of Newcastle and Whitley Housing Trust, Enterprise 5, Endeavour Housing and Tynedale Housing has been allocated £29.2 million. It will be used to build around 500 homes in 16 local authority areas over two to three years.
