The plans, drawn up by the London Development Agency and the London Borough of Brent, include 95,000m2 of new buildings accommodating up to 500 homes, a public square and the upgrading of Wembley Stadium Station. A pedestrian bridge designed by London Eye architects Marks Barfield is also planned.

The South East England Development Agency has appointed three developers to help design, build and operate enterprise centres in areas that are in need of premises for business start-ups. Ashgate, Baspoint and a development consortium comprising Great Western Enterprises and DPDS Consulting Group will build up to 20 facilities on brownfield sites over the next seven years.
