EDITORIAL: Resources key issue as pressure piles up
19 December 2003
It was clear from Monday's ODPM conference on planning and productivity that the government views planning with great importance. 19 December 2003
South Gloucestershire Council has appointed MVA to carry out an alternative study reviewing the case for a rapid transit system in the area. This follows last January's decision not to pursue an extension to the Bristol Supertram light rail scheme beyond Bristol Parkway Station to the Cribbs Causeway regional shopping centre.
