LGP enters into agreement with Hounslow

Property fund manager Legal & General Property (LGP) has entered into an exclusivity agreement with the London Borough of Hounslow to explore options for redeveloping a council-owned site between the Blenheim Centre - a completed retail, leisure and housing scheme owned by LGP - and Hounslow High Street.
